How scores work
Goal progress plus meal days plus workout days, with a worked example.
Your score is three parts added together. Here is each one on its own, using Alex, two weeks into a challenge. Then the sum.
Goal progress up to 100 points
How far you have come toward your goal, as a percentage.
Weigh-ins are what move this part. Log one from the check-in button and the bar updates straight away.
Meal days 1 point per day
Every day you scan a meal with the camera or add one by hand, you get 1 point for that day.
Workout days 1 point per day
Every day you complete a workout in the Workouts tab, you get 1 point for that day.

When does my score update?
Right after you log a meal, a workout or a weigh-in, and right after you delete one. The leaderboard in your group sorts by score.
Do more meals or workouts in one day earn more points?
No. Meal days and workout days count days, not entries. One meal or five is one meal day; one workout or three is one workout day.
Can goal progress go above 100, or below 0?
Neither. It stops at 100 when you reach your target, and moving away from your target does not take points away — it just sits at 0 until you are past your starting point again. Meal and workout days keep adding up for the whole challenge.
